  • Performed calculations to determine driver drum diameter and motor power for a furnace to pull a 1-ton of weight over a conveyor belt.

  • Designed and optimized driver drum groove pattern in SolidWorks.

  • Created solid and sheet metal components for a hot air tape oven and managed the project.

Design Engineer: Pyrotech Workspace Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Udaipur (Raj.)                                  July 2023 - October 2024

  • Designed sheet metal CAD components for a defence console in compliance with MIL-STD-1472H.

  • Led the design of the control room console and eliminated the table-top back and forth movement by modifying the wood support clamp in SolidWorks sheet metal.

  • Received a reward card for redesigning few sheet metal components of a defence project.

  • Supervised the assembly of 40+ operator defence consoles, ensuring compliance with QC standards.

College of Technology and Engineering, MPUAT, Udaipur (Raj.)

M. Tech Thesis Project: Design and Numerical Analysis of Biosyngas Cylinder for Automobile Utilities

  • For an alternative fuel for the vehicle, designed a biosyngas cylinder of 20 litres by using SolidWorks.

  • Carried out the comparison between two materials- Stainless Steel and Composite Material (E- Glass Epoxy).

  • Analysed the cylinders at various temperatures and pressures conditions using ANSYS static structural.

  • Evaluated several cylinder arrangements and picked the 3-cylinder layout for the vehicle integration.
